Celebrate Christmas in the Park with Santa this year!

By James Brown

With the festive season almost upon us, what better way to herald it in than with Christmas in the Park. The event will be held on 29 November, with special guest Santa joining more than four hours of live music and entertainment for the whole family.

Moreton Bay Regional Council Division 9 Councillor Mike Charlton said a whole host of performances will be kicking off from 4:30 pm on the day and will be a fantastic experience that shouldn't be missed!

"Christmas in the Park is a great way to kick off the festive season with family and friends. There will be plenty of entertainment throughout the night including the Peter Pan Christmas live show and spectacular, so be sure to pack a picnic rug and chairs," said Mr Charlton in a 21 November statement.

Alongside the performances there are amusement park rides, over 35 different food stalls and a huge fireworks display to round out the evening with a bang! Entry is a gold coin donation and there will be free parking provided in the Pine Rivers Park.

If you live in Burpengary real estate, don't miss the opportunity to embrace the fun festivities of Christmas this year. Head along and have a blast!
